Bodacious! How to Overcome the Top 5 Challenges of the New Business Owner with AOL Insider and Author Mary Foley
June 18, Wednesday, 7 pm

At age 33, Mary Foley retired from America Online as the first head of corporate training for 12,000 employees, where she started 10 years earlier as an $8 an hour customer service rep. In this dynamic, informative Success Lab Mary will reveal how to thrive in today's economy by overcoming the top five challenges new business owners face.

* You talk; we listen! Per your request, the first YES!Circle morning event will take place on June 3rd, thanks to the hospitality of our friends at the Small Business Administration. Attendance at Peer Advisory Groups is limited to 20 participants, thus pre-registration is required.

2. Celebrating the National Im-Perfection Month
Two Cents from the Chief Visionary
Did you know that June was just declared the National Im-Perfection Month? Ok, not really nationally, but definitely locally, by me, about five minutes ago! Yes, it really does pay to be a Coach (and a Chief Visionary) – I get to make up all kinds of fun, wildly imaginative rituals and invite hundreds of my closest friends (some of whom I have yet to meet) to join in the celebration. Did I choose the “perfect” occupation or what! So here is how, why and by what means the National Im-Perfection Month came about... Read more

3. YES!Circle Success Stories
She Said... He Said
“It was another amazing evening last night! I came home bursting with energy and ideas about my business! I can't believe I have found such a wonderful support group to help me with my new venture! It would be so much more difficult to sustain confidence and inspiration all alone. Thank you for starting something so valuable and genuine!”

- Stephanie Greenwald, Greenwald Design

“I just want to express my appreciation and overwhelming satisfaction with last night's program. I attended the event out of curiosity about your organization and the topic. Frankly, I was expecting a 15-30 minute "pep talk" from some canned speaker and then an hour of networking with whomever decides to show up. I was absolutely blown away with what I walked away with at the end of the evening!

It is apparent that YES!Circle is a solid organization with outstanding members and an awesome and vibrant leader! Out of thanks for all that you offered last night, if I can ever help you or your organization, please let me know. I would be glad to help as much as possible, in an effort to further the success of your organization. It is obvious that many people benefit from YES!Circle!”

- Richard Mahan, Councilor, Buchanan & Mitchell
